Renoget ("we", "us", "our") operates the website renoget.com and the free Website Health Check tool at audit.renoget.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect, and why
When you use the free Website Health Check:

When you browse renoget.com: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps), used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not collect payment details, government identifiers, health information, or any special-category personal data through this tool. We do not ask for your phone number.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data. Not to anyone, under any circumstances.
- We do not share your email address with other companies for their marketing.
- We do not store a copy of your website's content. We store the results of our checks — scores and findings — not your pages.
- We do not use the website address you submit for anything other than running your report.
Marketing emails
When you request a report, we email you that report. That email is the thing you asked for.
Separately, you may tick a box to receive occasional practical tips about improving your website. That box is never pre-ticked, and you receive your report whether or not you tick it. If you do tick it:
- Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Unsubscribing is immediate and permanent. We do not require you to log in or give a reason.
- You can also withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@renoget.com, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it was.
How long we keep things

Who processes your data on our behalf
We use a small number of service providers, each of which only receives what it needs to do its job:

That last row is worth being explicit about: Google is told which website to test. Google is not told who asked.
Your rights
Whatever country you are in, we will honour these:
- Access — ask us what data we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Correction — ask us to fix anything that is wrong.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your data and we will, including your report history.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, with no effect on anything you have already received.
- Objection — object to our processing of your data.
Email hello@renoget.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not ask you to justify the request.
If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in India, you may raise a grievance with us first at hello@renoget.com; we are the Data Fiduciary for this data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Children
This tool is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, email hello@renoget.com and we will delete it.
Cookies
The Website Health Check uses only the cookies necessary to make it work and to protect it from automated abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on the audit tool.
About the websites we check
When you submit a website address, our automated checker visits that website and reads its publicly
available pages, in the same way a search engine does. It identifies itself honestly as
RenogetAuditBot. It only accesses pages that are publicly available — it does not attempt to
reach password-protected areas, and it does not bypass any security measure.
Please only submit websites you own or are authorised to check.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you by email rather than expecting you to notice.
